Hi all my name is Stephen and I am one one the personal trainers if Flyefit!

I am here to help you achieve your goals whether you are a complete beginner or are trying to improve your current fitness journey. Muscle building, fat loss, building confidence within yourself or building good habits they you can stick with, whatever your goals may be.

I myself started my fitness journey a few years ago and decided to work with a coach, I noticed how much this helped me and bring me on towards my goals and this was my main inspiration for becoming a coach myself. Helping others the way that my coach helped me.
