Let me tell you a little about myself. From an early age I have always been into fitness.
I played football and boxed for most of my life then I found the gym and fell in love with it, pushing myself to get results not just for my body but also for my mind and it is something I love to do. So then I decided to go become a personal trainer to help others improve their quality of life, whether it be lose weight, learning the proper movements or just feeling better mentally.
I can offer all of this and I have worked my way up from being a personal trainer to managing FLYEfit Tallaght
