I have been a personal trainer / strength coach for 3 years. I work mostly with females to help build their confidence, not only in the gym but in themselves too!
I’ve worked with a broad range of people from the age of 17-60. I’ve also worked with people with injuries and have helped both men and women build their strength up from scratch.
My goal is to create a healthy environment for my clients so that they feel safe and happy to train.
